I really enjoy working with Claire. I’m not looking to do anything crazy or train for a particular event, just general fitness and well-being and Claire understands that. She pushes me so that I’m always making progress but in a way that is encouraging and motivating. I also attend Claire’s Pilates class which I really enjoy.
Training with Claire has boosted my confidence, improved my mental health and is a total giggle at times! Totally recommend her.

Signed up with Claire for 6 weeks to help me get in shape for a half marathon and I’m incredibly glad I did. I have been attending PT sessions with Claire for around a month since 29/01/2024 (attending just over 10 sessions together) and I can honestly say these sessions have been a game changer for me! I can say I am definitely noticing a difference not only physically but mentally too. Claire has vast knowledge regarding exercises to work specific areas of the body and furthermore, importantly advises and supports with perfecting your form, which for me has been a struggle in the past.

Claire really gets to know you, as an individual and greeted with such a warm welcome each time and I can always say I feel thoroughly supported in each session and come aware feeling positive and motivated in my fitness journey. Most importantly, Claire makes exercising fun and enjoyable with her brilliant sense of humour! These sessions have really helped my self-confidence and generally increasing my positive self-talk. I have further learnt how to fuel my body properly with the right foods and nutrition. I have really noticed such a positive impact that these sessions have had physically and mentally and would highly recommend Claire 💪🏻

Corporate well-being objectives were exceeded and the team benefited from a combination of exercise, meditation and relaxation planning and expertise over a 12 week period. I’ve had 1:1 sessions with her for just over 4 months and I have thoroughly enjoyed them all, apart from the first Tabata session we did, really didn’t like that but came to sort of love them!
Claire takes time at the beginning to fully understand what you want out of your sessions and is professional, friendly, patient and motivational. All sessions are different and aimed at you achieving your goals, she fully explains and demonstrates techniques to you and her beady eye doesn’t miss anything, so you definitely get the most out of every session.

Claire comes to our office once a fortnight and run Pilates classes for Infineum colleagues over lunch. Claire is lovely as the instructor and really takes the time to connect with her clients. The classes cater to all experience levels and really are a wonderful way to take a break and look after your wellbeing!

I did the 6-week trim and burn programme with Claire and it was just the boost I needed to get back into enjoying exercise and seeing the effects after 3 kids and no motivation for a few years. I was looking to lose weight and get stronger and feel fitter and the programme did all of these. Claire is so supportive and it’s easy to see she genuinely cares that you get to your end goal. It’s not an exaggeration to say that Claire has changed my life for the better. I wasn’t expecting to feel so much more energetic and genuinely look forward to each session so much. I cannot recommend enough. I have now finished my 6 week face to face sessions but continued to have a programme provided by Claire for me to carry on at home as I loved it so much. My measurements are literally getting smaller by the week but more importantly I feel so much better in myself. Thank you so much Claire. X

I was lucky enough to attend Claire’s Welsh retreat in 2024.  From the wonderful healthy food, which was so nourishing and filling, to a mix of very special Pilates classes bringing attention, focus and relaxation to the forefront.  Accommodation is on a shared basis and is set within stunning Welsh scenery.  If you want to give your mind body and soul a treat then you need this in your life.  Highly recommend.

I’ve been attending Hit and Abs twice a week to get me fit! In a few weeks I’ve gone from no abs to using my abs and the difference in me is amazing. Claire coaches you and chooses specific excercises, pace and form to suit your individual needs. Claire is a positive thinker, she is strong and wise and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is Mrs Motivator!

I started pre-natal Pilates with Claire once in my second trimester of pregnancy, and have absolutely loved her class each week. Throughout my pregnancy I have had various aches and pains and Pilates has been brilliant in helping relieve these, and in building up my core and pelvic floor strength. I really love the use of different apparatus and each week feels fresh and interesting. Claire is extremely knowledgable in explaining the exercises she chooses and why they are particularly useful for expectant mothers. She has also adapted the exercises we do to suit the stage of pregnancy we are at, so it feels very safe and supported. Her relaxed and calm manner and the atmosphere she creates in the classes are a weekly moment of peace and serenity that I really treasure! I’m very much looking forward to starting her post-natal practice and continuing my Pilates journey with Claire.
